Notes

  • Program notes:

This work was composed with Chopin in the back of the head. The major ideas are built upon opposites, like soft and hard, fast and slow. The atmosphere is thickening and forwarded to a sort of antiklimax where a nonexistent time occurs. You are brought forward like a wave in the ocean until the music rests and disappears in the distance.
