Buravickis, Platons: Motor

Basic information

Notes

  • Program notes:

Motor is a piece for piano solo, which reflects from the one side on the technical achievements of mankind, and from the other side, on the ability of a particular person to LOVE.
It is impossible to compare something with the the powerfullest ability of human to love what surrounds him; as well as ability to destroy everything around in a fit of passionate anger. Is only one thing, which combine this two things – ability to construct different mechanisms to achieve his goals. Human construct machines which helps him to love and save others; and human construct machines to kill and punish others.

  • Technical specs:

    Solo piano (not prepared)
