Category V: Choir Works

3. It can be a Capella. If not, the only instrument can be included is piano.

4. Extended techniques NOT allowed on piano.

Category VI: Solo Piano Works

Category VII: Percussion Works

2. The list of percussion instruments can be used is attached at the end of Call for Works.

3. Composer may write for 2-8 percussionists.

2. The Composer or the operator are suggested to bring their own laptop to do the real-time
performance. Only 1 laptop allowed in the performance.
作曲家或操作员需要自带笔记本电脑参加现场演出,演出中仅可使用一部笔记本电脑。
3. No instrument can be linked to the electronics in this Category. The work can have maximum
8 channels and the composer need to supply a diagram showing the speaker layout.
该作品类别中不允许常规乐器链接进电子设备,作品可使用最多 8 个声道,作曲家需要
提供绘出音响摆放位置的示意图。
4. Any special sensor or devices that the composer used should be brought to the performance by
themselves. We don’t provide any kind of sensor or trigger devices.
作曲家在作品中使用任何感应器或触发器设备均由作曲家自己提供,我们并不提供任何此类设备。
5. If the composer need to use our Mac or PC for performance, the only software we can provide
is Max-msp. Bring your own laptop is strongly recommended.

自己的笔记本电脑。
Category XI: Electronic Music (Real-Time Electronics with 1 instrumentalist)

1. The performance allow 1 operator and 1 instrumentalist only in this Category.
该类别作品演出允许 1 位操作员和 1 位演奏家参与演出。
2. Only ONE instrument should be selected from following instruments: Flute, Oboe, Clarinet,
Bassoon, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin, Viola, Violoncello, Dizi, Erhu, Pipa.
演奏乐器需在下列乐器中选择一个:长笛,双簧管,单簧管,大管,圆号,小号,长号,
小提琴,中提琴,大提琴,笛子,二胡,琵琶。
3. The selected instrument can be linked to the electronics. But the sensor or any linked devices
should be provided by the composer.
选择的乐器可以与电子音乐或电子设备链接,但链接所需的感应器或任何链接设备须由
作曲家提供。
4. We Strongly recommend that the devices that the composer provided are common and universal,
the device connected port are suggested using USB2.0, USB3.0, USB-C or any audio port.
Wireless connection are suggested using Bluetooth mode.

IF the composer used any percussion instrument not on the list in their work, the composer
