Falco Pols wins bonn hoeren – sonotopia 2017 Prize
The Beethovenstiftung für Kunst und Kultur der Bundesstadt Bonn (Beethoven Foundation for Art and Culture of the Federal City of Bonn) awarded the bonn hoeren – sonotopia Prize for Installation-based Sound Art on March 8th 2017 for the third time at the Kunstmuseum in Bonn. The first-prize winner of the European competition for students of sound art, bonn hoeren – sonotopia 2017, is Falco Pols from the Netherlands, graduate of the KABK (Royal Academy of Art) from The Hague. With the awarded prize money of € 10.000 he will realize a new sound installation in September 2017 in Bonn, which will be presented as part of the Beethovenfest Bonn. Read more…
