music · dance · architecture LAB-Arts invites you to apply to a new summer program in music and dance, taking place in downtown Chicago in summer 2016. Centered on site-specific performances, the workshop will mix choreographers, dancers, composers, conductors, and musicians, to create new pieces inspired by Chicago’s vibrant architecture. Participants of the workshop will work alongside experienced master artist-teachers, including some of Chicago’s best contemporary dancers, choreographers, and musicians. Group A: Six composers will be selected to create short, site-specific chamber works for musicians/dancers.
